Leaving a gift in your Will can be done by speaking to your Will writer when you write your Will or add a Codicil (an amendment to your Will).
To include Mast Cell Action in your will you MUST include Mast Cell Action’s name, address and Registered Charity Number:
Mast Cell Action, PO BOX 11152, NOTTINGHAM, NG12 5YZ, Registered Charity Number – 1164917.
You can use the suggested wording below to share with your Will writer your intentions of leaving a gift in your Will:
“I give to Mast Cell Action, of PO BOX 11152, NOTTINGHAM, NG12 5YZ registered charity number (1164917 England & Wales) <_______% of my estate> or <the sum of £_______>, to be used for general charitable purposes absolutely and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or duly authorised officer shall be a full and sufficient discharge.”
